Lost C-Form in Sales Transaction: Suggested Steps Include Filing FIR, Newspaper Ad, and Informing Relevant Department. A sales transaction between two parties involved the use of a C-Form, which was lost in transit. The seller, Party A, did not receive the C-Form sent by the buyer, Party B, and both copies were misplaced. Party A also lost the counterfoil of the C-Form. To resolve the issue, one suggestion was to file a police report (FIR) and publish a newspaper advertisement about the loss, then inform the relevant department with these documents. Another response directed to an article for further guidance on handling C-Form issues. (AI Summary)

Please do the FIR and put advertisement in the newspaper regarding the loss of "C" Form and intimation to the department to be given along with the newspaper cutting and FIR.
