Service Tax from EOUs

Hi, This Suneel from ELDAAS Tech Pvt Ltd. We are providing Software services to the one of the client in India. They are coming under EOU since last one month. They have some dues to ELDAAS since last 3 months. Since they are clearing all dues now they don't want to pay service tax to us. But We already paying tax for my services. How can I overcome this issue. PLEASE SUGGEST ME..

Thank you very much for the reply.

As I told earlier we are supplying man power to some of clients in India. For this contract duration is from 3 months to 1 year. The Man power which we are supplying also we are recruiting on contract basis only. So which type of Tax I need to pay for consultants from my company? Is it service Tax? or Any other Tax?
