It is possible to get Proof of Export certificate without BRC or FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate)

Vidya Sagar Jha
Kindly advice that it is possible to get proof of export certificate from our Excise Range office without BRC or FIRC. Except the above we have all the documents to get it (like ARE-1 (Original, Duplicate & Triplicate), Shipping Bill (EP Copy), Mate Receipt etc. Somebody said me that 'Mate Receipt' is sufficent to get POE. Kindly Advice accordingly...
Guidance on Obtaining Proof of Export: Submit Annexure 19 with ARE-1 and Mate Receipt; Alternatives If Documents Missing. A participant inquired if it is possible to obtain a Proof of Export certificate from the Excise Range office without a BRC or FIRC, stating they have all other necessary documents like ARE-1 and Mate Receipt. A respondent clarified that the Proof of Export must be submitted in Annexure 19 to the Jurisdictional Division Office, with required documents including custom-attested ARE-1 copies and Mate Receipt. If any document is missing, a BRC or Mate Receipt can serve as additional evidence. Another participant asked if BRC could be used for inward remittance certification for foreign service rendering.
