Dear sir,

I export material to SEZ unit under LUT but in tax invoice i added the Excise duty so what to do?

Only this fact is not relevant to decide. Did you prepare excise Invoice? Did u paid excise duty based on tax Invoice? If you have prepared excise invoice showing nil duty under LUT, you may correct the copy of tax of invoice and adjust the VAT on the original value of the goods.
