Making of another plant by an 100% EOU without debonding

For the purpose of availing 100% EOU benefits, it a unit which is required to be bonded / registered. Mere bonding or a particular unit can not dis entitle the person to operate from any other location under a normal scheme. Therefore, a person can set up another plant without debonding the existing bonding unit.
