Making of another plant by an 100% EOU without debonding

Is a 100% EOU can make its own another plant without debonding of the same unit. Please suggest me ; if someone have read about this any book advice me. Contact : [email protected] 9896056471

EOU bonding does not prevent establishing an additional plant; a bonded unit can operate without debonding. A 100% Export Oriented Unit must be bonded or registered for benefits, but an existing bond does not bar the same person from operating at another location; consequently a bonded EOU may establish and operate an additional plant without debonding the original unit, subject to applicable bonding and registration requirements. For the purpose of availing 100% EOU benefits, it a unit which is required to be bonded / registered. Mere bonding or a particular unit can not dis entitle the person to operate from any other location under a normal scheme. Therefore, a person can set up another plant without debonding the existing bonding unit.
