MCA DIN Cell email-id/Phone No ????? Provisional DIN has been rejected 3 times for a person by DIN cell on the plea of NON Availability of ID. Every time attached PAN card xerox copy, and Bank statement copy duly certified by Chartered Accountant mentioning his Membership no. There is no spelling mistakes in the name with that of ID attached. Bank statement copy is also not 2 months old. Have paid the requisite Din fees 3 times . No possible errors found for the last 3times. The ID which has been attached is also easily verifiable from the IT dept website. The cause of rejection stated by the DIN cell everytime is "Non availability of ID" Can anyone know any direct contact with DIN cell ? or where I can write about this problem to MCA.

2. Thank you very much Mr Rama Krishana. My problem has been solved by dialling the nos you have given.The Photo is not clear in the PAN card photocopy. They require a coloured photograph for the same. Thanks once again.

3. I had used this post for a similar issue and I contacted Poonam ( poonam.shukla@mca.gov.in ) and she informed that my photo id copy was not showing a clear picture. Based on her advice I sent a clearer photo copy of my id proof and my din got approved immediately.
