IMS Utility Error in Json structure validation

I have more than 8,000 line items in GST IMS and I have downloaded latest utility and json from portal and opened it in excel utility. And given remarks of accept and pending. Then validated sheet and generated json to upload on portal. But as I upload it on the portal it is showing error as Error in Json structure validation.

I have not changed anything in utility except giving remarks of accept and pending. Still showing this error and no error file also getting generated. Any solution for this? Thanks in advance!

This is due to the large number of line items. Please try after deleting 7000 line items. If this gets uploaded then the issue is either with the version of a glitch in the utility itself.

Also, you may try downloading Json and utility at the same time and then verifying the ITC.

Also try to only upload in the JSON file those entries which you want to either reject or keep pending. Since not taking any action is as good as accepting.

This also does not resolve. See if you can raise a ticket by uploading the screenshot of the error and hope for a resolution.

Thanks for your response. The issue has been resolved, and we were able to complete the process using the software. However, GSTN still needs to improve the offline utility to ensure smoother functioning.
