Dear querist, 

I think your client wants to lift the tendu leaves in instalments. Raise delivery challan recording with the invoice number,  total invoice value issued by the MP Government, consignment/ instalment number of lifting the leaves, quantity and value of lifting and the e-Way Bill for the quantity lifted for each instalment. Attach a copy of the invoice and any other related documents. ITC can be availed, only after the last consignment is lifted.
