Dear Sir, We are in manufacturing of Washing Machines recently Assistant controller from Legal metrology visited our plant and 3 weighing machines in Quality department find no stamping available for that he issued notice under Seciton 8/25 of the legal metrology act,2009 and asking us to pay 70,000 through sbi bank DD.
