ITR upload error: system returns "caught error description is null", requiring tax authority technical support to resolve.
An ITR-3 upload error displaying "caught error description is null" occurred during electronic submission; attempts to generate JSON via the Excel utility did not resolve the technical failure, and the filer was advised to contact income tax authorities for platform support and guidance to complete filing. (AI Summary)

Hello

I am trying to upload the ITR-3, but while uploading the return I am getting an error caught error description is null. How to resolve this error? I tried to generate JSON using the excel utility as well.

Thanks
