Appeal before CIT(A) against intimation order u/s 200A TDS

SUDHIR DWIVEDI

My query is:

Intimation order u/s 200A is generated for TDS return filed for each quarter. We want to file appeal against demand raised in the said intimation order. My query is whether it is required to file separate appeal for each intimation order of a quarter or 1 single appeal can be filed for 4 intimation orders raised for a financial year.

Separate Appeals Required for Each Quarterly Intimation Order Under Section 200A for TDS Returns. An individual inquired about the process for appealing against intimation orders issued under section 200A for TDS returns filed quarterly. The question was whether a single appeal could be filed for four intimation orders from a financial year or if separate appeals were necessary for each order. Two respondents clarified that each intimation order is a separate appealable order, thus requiring four separate appeals to be filed for each quarterly intimation order. (AI Summary)
