we had applied for AEO Certificate from Custom.

they demand AEO Declaration as per circular No. 33/2016 dt. 22.07.2016

but is circular there is no Declaration.

So, please send the FORMAT OF AEO DECLARATION.

Net worth assets of the company is not provided from the party. Declaration submitted by the party is not as per the circular no 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016. you are therefore requested to provide the above mentioned docs as early as possible.
