Process of Factory stuffing permission

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are interested for 1st time Factory Stuffing Permission, Our CHA advice us to 1st get the Self Sealing Permission from local (Area) GST offices Kalol, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) but our local GST office Kalol, Gandhinagar (Government Office) has told us that, there is no roll of Local Office and we need to get the permission from Customs office Mumbai from where are importing and exporting.

Please guide us to complete the process.

The permission is given by the concerned custom authority in Mumbai, Local Authority has no jurisdiction over self sealing. Ask your CHA to talk to Asst./Dy Commissioner there.

Jurisdiction of the concerned govt. Will be based on in which area your factory is located (For which self sealing is sought). Suppose your factory is located in Kalol Gandhinagar., then application will be submitted at custom Paladi, Ahmedabad.
