of <h1>Exporters: Follow New Procedure for Self Sealing Permission of Cargo with RFID e-Sealing, Valid Until Dec 31, 2017.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for exporters to obtain Self Sealing Permission (SSP) for electronic sealing of containerized cargo at factory or warehouse premises. Exporters with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status must submit relevant documents and follow RFID e-Sealing procedures, while those without prior self-sealing permissions must obtain one-time approval. Exporters must register with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Systems through the FSP Section of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH). New permissions require premises inspection by GST authorities. The notice supersedes previous guidelines and is valid until December 31, 2017. Difficulties in implementation should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs.
