Our MEIS claim near to CAP of ₹ 2 crore on 01.09.2020 to 13.12.2020.

but NOTIFICATION No: 30/2015-2020 New Delhi, the 1st September, 2020

say maximum MEIS can Claim 2 Croor from 01.09.2020 to 31.12.2020

Please suggest regarding Sale from 14.12.2020 to 31.12.2020.

we donot stop sale only for MEIS and also want to take the benefit of Incentive(MEIS)

please suggest

The limit of ₹ 2 Cr is applicable for the new issue of MEIS .The limit will not be applied in selling of MEIS.
