Dear members,

Greetings!

Please advise on following :--

" This is in respect of knowing status of GST credit on Premium paid for Group Accidental Policy considering proviso which was added to clause (b) to Sec 17(5):--

"Provided that the input tax credit in respect of such goods or services

or both shall be available, where it is obligatory for an employer to provide

the same to its employees under any law for the time being in force.”.

So whether the Group Accidental Policy is obligatory by any Law for the time being in force, please give your opinions.

Thanks in anticipation of doing needful.

Regards!
