Status of the case

Case status tracking: TMI lacks appeal-status feature, users must rely on EXCUS or save case highlights manually.
EXCUS provides a facility to check present case status, while TMI lacks an appeal-status feature to determine whether an appeal has been filed; researchers should save TMI's daily Highlights of Case Laws (especially anti-revenue decisions) and treat EXCUS and TMI as complementary research tools for tracking case developments. (AI Summary)

Sir, in RK Jain Excus there is facility to know the present status of the case. Similarly, how to know the present status of the case in TMI ie whether any appeal has been filed against a judgement of any court has been filed either by assessee or department. PL share it sir

Not available. You will have to save the Highlights of Case Laws published daily in TMI. Only anti-revenue case laws are to be saved. All judgement are not available on any site. TMI publishes maximum and latest case laws. EXCUS and TMI both are supplementary to each other.
