Filing shipping bill AEO Number, Status and role

Dear Sir,

Please note that we are AEO- T1 status holder since November 2017.

But as on today, we are unable to file shipping bills under AEO Certificate no and Status T1

When, we file shipping bill, stating AEO number, Status, on customs site. Customs server asks to fill Mandatory column name ROLE of AEO operator.

We are not aware what role we have to mention in shipping bill in that column.

Because of above mentioned reason we are unable to file shipping bill under AEO No. and Status.

Kindly advice how to file shipping bill under AEO Scheme and enabling us to get benefits of AEO Status holder.

Kindly revert matter urgent.
