Dear All,

An exporter has not opted MEIS incentive claim in his shipping Bills due to lack of knowledge. Is there any option available (Post Export Shipment) to mark the claim now in shipping Bill?.

Sir,

1st check the status of shipping bill in IEC GATE , whether it is live or show in History.

if show Hist, then no chance.

and if show live then go for cancellation of LEO and do amendment in S/B accordingly.

In my view it is possible after getting NOC from Customs. Kindly ref MADRAS HIGH COURT order on M/S.
