In my view there is no provision for restoration of striked off LLP. Views of experts in this regard is solicited.
I totally agree with DR.MARIAPPAN GOVINDARAJAN Sir, LLP life is limited to a particular object / Goal achievement in most cases. Like a Partnership made with engineers, contractors and builders, and once the building is sold out its stricken off after issuing of statutory notice. So no chance of making it alive once wind off.
