LUT issued from Mahrashtra and Export from Delhi

Guest

Can anyone advice me this query, i have got LUT online acknowledgement with ARN today. this document issued from Mumbai. i am planning to export material manufactured in delhi and export from IGT AIRPORT DELHI, is there any issue for accepting the LUT issued from maharashtra and exporting from Delhi, kindly advice

Letter of Undertaking acceptance across states: LUT issued in one state usable for export, but local filing recommended. An LUT issued and acknowledged by the jurisdictional authority is generally accepted for exports even if issued in a different state, provided it is valid and endorsed. However, because GST registration and compliance operate state-wise, it is prudent to consider filing a fresh LUT with the GST authority in the state of export to secure local acceptance; commercially, exporters may also procure goods for export against 0.1% GST where applicable. In my view there should be no problem as LUT is accepted by the jurisdictional D.C./A.C. on behalf of President of India.

Yea you can use LUT to procure the goods for your exports against 0.1% of GST

BETTER SUBMIT A FRESH LUT TO THE DELHI GST AUTHORITIES AS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE GST REG. IN EACH STATE WITH A LETTER SEEKING PRIOR VALIDITY TO THE LUT.
