LUT issued from Mahrashtra and Export from Delhi

rishad mehtar

Can anyone advice me this query, i have got LUT online acknowledgement with ARN today. this document issued from Mumbai. i am planning to export material manufactured in delhi and export from IGT AIRPORT DELHI, is there any issue for accepting the LUT issued from maharashtra and exporting from Delhi, kindly advice

Can a Maharashtra LUT be used for Delhi exports? Experts suggest fresh GST registration for smooth processing. A discussion on a forum addresses a query about using a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) issued in Maharashtra for exporting goods from Delhi. One participant advises that there should be no issue since the LUT is accepted by the jurisdictional authorities. Another suggests that the LUT can be used for exports with a minimal GST rate. However, one contributor recommends submitting a fresh LUT to the Delhi GST authorities due to separate GST registrations in different states, along with a letter seeking prior validity. (AI Summary)
