Appeal admitted but no appereance date granted in APL-02

rajat solanki

We had filled an appeal and jurisdiction is falling in mysore and we had rpd the appeal paper along with other document and same was admitted and we recd an appeal apl-02 but without appearance date
what should we do or just wait for authorities to issue hearing

GST appeal APL-02 admitted without hearing date; wait for separate notice or follow up if delay becomes critical An appeal under GST was filed and the appellate form APL-02 was admitted but did not specify a hearing date. The forum advises that APL-02 often omits the hearing date; a separate notice of hearing is typically issued later. The recommended course is to wait for the authority to issue the hearing notice, or, if timing is critical or there is an unusual delay, follow up with the appellate office. Cases may be listed for hearing based on seniority or administrative scheduling. (AI Summary)
