Please reply to the query specified below:

According to the new release on GST portal we can file application for refund for multiple tax periods and the facility to upload Statement 1 in case of export of services with payment of tax. The screen shots for filing are also provided on the site. But these tabs and offline utility for statement 1 are not available on GST site.

Please help that what we can do or if we are forgetting something or missing something.
