Imported under PIS but haven't done PSV (Plant Site Verification)

Incase we have registered under PIS 20 years ago but haven't done the PSV and sell-off the project so are we eligible for any kind of benefits? Or any consessional rate of duty refund or something? If yes then what is the procedure for the same and how to apply for refund.
