We purchased a land aproxx 20 years back and now we want to sell it after plotting , and leaving roads everywhere accordingly so for selling plots out of it whats the process of making map and resigtering it with development authority and after selling how to pay tax , please explain , anyone please tell , i'll be very thankful ...
