(III) A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE FROM THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF TOYS BEING IMPORTED HAVE BEEN TESTED BY AN INDEPENDENT LABORATORY WHICH IS ACCREDITED BY NABL, INDIA AND FOUND TO MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS INDICATED ABOVE.
