TOYS ARE FREELY IMPORTABLE WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY

I) A CERTIFICATE THAT THE IMPORTED GOODS CONFORM TO BIS STANDARDS IS 9873(PART 1,2,3,4,7 AND 9)

(II) A CERTIFICATE THAT THE TOYS BEING IMPORTED CONFORM TO IS 9873(PART 1,2,3,4,7 AND 9) AND 15644:2006 AND

(III) A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE FROM THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF TOYS BEING IMPORTED HAVE BEEN TESTED BY AN INDEPENDENT LABORATORY WHICH IS ACCREDITED BY NABL, INDIA AND FOUND TO MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS INDICATED ABOVE. THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD ALSO LINK THE TOYS IN THE CONSIGNMENT TO THE PERIOD OF MANUFACTURE INDICATED IN THE CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE.PL REFER DGFT NOTN 26/2015-20 DTD 1.9.2017. VERIFY THAT THE RATE OF IGST/GST COMPENSATION CESS HAS BEEN CORRECTLY LEVIED AND EXEMPTION IF ANY, CORRECTLY CLAIMED.

Drones require prior NOC from DGCA. Import of drones is not allowed freely in India.
