Export of material - without registration

we want to export the goods we are granite manufacturar and above item is fully exempted from duty upto 1.5 crore we want to export granite and want container in our peremises to lift material but we do not want registration of excise dept we want that container come to our factory and stuffed by us or custom dept what procedure should be obtain for above
