VAT classification of clothing accessories: unspecified items attract the residual higher VAT rate under the schedule.
Clothing accessories omitted from the VAT schedule that lists readymade garments are classified as unspecified goods and thus attract the higher residual VAT rate; rely on the schedule's express listings to determine concessional treatment and use the schedule text as supporting proof. (AI Summary)

Sir , if the item is not specifically given in the vat schedule then it would fall under residual schedule entry attracting higher rate of vat tax.
