Inquiring about issuing a single invoice for modular kitchen and wardrobe with staggered dispatch dates; opinions vary. A user inquired about issuing a single invoice for a modular kitchen and wardrobe, paying duty upfront, but dispatching items on different dates as per client requirements. The user sought advice on whether this practice is permissible. One respondent suggested obtaining permission from the jurisdictional commissioner, who may impose safeguard measures. Another respondent believed that this practice is not permissible. (AI Summary)
