Is there any procedure / format to obtain Unutilization Certificate from manufacturer's Excise Superintendent against CT-1 send by Merchant Exporter.

please submit request letter to range sup along with the details statement of how much duty amount being utilized under ARE-1 issued and what is the balance amount (non Utilized) on based of range sup. will issue certificate. which certificate is require for Reconciliation by CT-1 issuing office.
