The collection of form "C" from various parties was a annual exercise. Now collecting it quarter wise and from remote parties in Baddi, Uttaranchal, etc who are exempted from Sales tax is a waste of productive time by enterpreuners added to the penalty of 8.5% in case the forms are not obtained within a short time given by the assessing authority. Can we locate through your forum some "outsourcing" agencies to do this job.
