What is the time limit of Re Assessment ? Can Customs Authority issue the Show cause notice to the exporter after nine months without challenging the Assessment order passed by the Assessing officer and the LEO has also been passed before 9 months.

In normal case 18 Months and in case of fraud extra 5 year and on Duty Drawback matter, there is no limit.
