CLARIFICATION REGARDING FORM C

Dear Sir,

We have raised Invoice on 29th March 2014 and supplied goods to our customer. But they have received goods in the month of April 2014 (Next Financial Year) and they have issued C form also in the First Quarter of Next Financial year of 2014-15 instead of 2013-14 financial year.

So we now request you to advise us whether this form is acceptable by the Sales Tax department

Please clarify this issue immediately.
