Not effected any incentives against export,

CT-1 is nothing but certificate for procurement of exciseable goods without payments of duty for further export..

I further add that procedure is laid down in Notification No.42/2001-CE(NT) dated 26.6.2001 as amended.(latest amendment vide Notification No.23/15-CE(NT) dated 30.10.15) ANNEXURE-17 prescribed. Procedure from EOU laid down in Notification No.31/2007-CE(NT) dated 2.8.2007 as amended (Latest amendement vide Notification No.15/12-CE(NT) dated 17.3.2012) ANNEXURE 17 A prescribed.
