1.Export from Japan to India (But material will send directly from Japan to Naiziria under Switch bill of Lading)

2.After receive the B/L we will submit the same with carrier and get new bill of lading there will be shipper our company and buyer will be Naiziria.

3. But buyer also in india so we will make one invoice and there will be invoice to Buyer india and Ship to will be Naiziria and payment also receive in INR.

Please let us know can we do as per the above

Regards

Sandeep

Switch bill of lading: add the Indian buyer as notify party and raise the invoice in domestic currency. The document describes using a switch bill of lading for an indirect shipment: upon receipt of the original B/L the exporter submits it to the carrier to obtain a new B/L naming the exporter as shipper and the Nigerian buyer as consignee. If the commercial buyer is in India, the exporter should add that Indian buyer as the notify party on the B/L and raise the invoice in domestic currency. (AI Summary)
