Kindly , Let me know the MSME Certificate Validity period under Msme Act

If so should I have to renew after such period, under what condition.?

Whether you have established MSME or not. If you have not established MSME you have to obtain provisional Registration Certificate which is valid for 5 years which could not be further extended. If you could not able to establish MSME then you have to apply Provisional Registration Certificate afresh.
