Present share capital ₹ 75 crore, Issued share capital ₹ 66 crore, Share price ₹ 10 per share, Share premium ₹ 147 crore. Now we want to increase share capital another ₹ 200 crore. Please advice how to calculate Per share price based on increased share capital, number of shares, share premium.
