TDS calculation on salary: annualise income, apply deductions and slabs, divide annual tax into monthly instalments.
Multiply the monthly salary by twelve to obtain annual salary, deduct allowable deductions to determine taxable income, compute annual tax using the applicable income tax slabs, and divide the annual tax by twelve to arrive at the monthly TDS; precise calculation requires financial year and investment/deduction details. (AI Summary)

how much tds will be deducted on monthly salary of 100,000

1.

The monthly salary is multiplied into twelve and any other eligible deductions are taken iinto account and then the total tax deductable is to be calculated for the entire year and divided by 12 and the said amount may be recovered as TDS for the current month.

2. The taxability on income depends on income tax slab and after deducting eligible deductions from gross income. If net income goes above slab then income tax will be deducted by way of Tds.if you mention the financial year and investment details we can work out for you.
