Captive Consumption presentation in ER-1

Notification No. 67/1995 C.E. has been amended continuously. This is creating problem while filling of monthly Return ER-1. If the same notification no. is mentioned in tariff notification then error message appears that,'The tariff notification number / serial number of the notification you have entered does not exist in the database!!.

Please help if their is any other notification no. to be mentioned in ER-1 to avoid this error message for clearance of goods under captive consumption while filling of return.

As per my view, you need to fill the notification in "Duty Payable for Clearance" Section and it would be admissible and your sheet would be validated.

I am doing the same thing every time. I am filling the notification no. in "Tariff Notification Availed" column of DUTY PAYABLE FOR CLEARANCE. But still system is showing error message for non availability of mentioned notification in Database.
