Dear Sir,

We are manufacturer of Polyester Yarn and Export the same thru Merchant Exporter. However our various Merchant Exporter dosn't have one time stuffing permission at JNPT Mumbai.

So Kindly advice what are the procedure for Export the goods on payment of Duty at JNPT Mumbai only.
