WCT attracts on Service Tax?

I would like to know whether WCT will be charged on gross bill including service tax?

Works contract tax excludes service tax from the gross value, so WCT is computed net of service tax. The taxable gross value for Works Contract Tax does not include amounts charged as service tax; WCT is to be calculated on the gross bill net of service tax rather than on a sum that includes service tax components.
