Sir,

There are no any excise exemption provided specifically to SSI units located in NE region. You may contact the local DIC office for exemption facilities to SSI and micro units.

However, under excise law, exemptions is provided to various units located in NE region for which please refer CE notification no. 32/99, 33/99, 08/04 and 20/07.
