Loose goods export: prepare standard export documents; packing list must state "loose goods for export purpose" with measurements.
The exporter must prepare all documents normally required for exports and, on the packing list, expressly identify the cargo as "loose goods for export purpose" with applicable measurements (e.g., kilograms, numbers, meters, litres) to record shipment particulars for export clearance. (AI Summary)

Dear Respected,

Which procedure of Loose Export and which document prepare.

Dear Pareshbai,

Documents which are normally prepared for exports, would be required to be prepared for exporting the loose goods and in the Packing list you need to mention "loose goods for export purpose" along with its measurement i.e. KGs, Nos, meter, liters etc.
