Dear Sir,

We are hiring transport vehicles for movement of our finished products to our customers.

Recently the transporter have modified the vehicle according to our requirement since we have

started supplying parts for the new project.

Now they have submitted the bill by claiming the amount for such modification.

My question is whether we have to charge tds for such modification in the vehicles claimed by the transporter.
