Procedure of Redemption of EPCG Obligation

Dear All,

Can someone give guideline to get EODC ( export obligation discharge certificate)  from DGFT as complete procedure as what documents have to be submit , in which  format etc ...?

After completion of export obligation you have to file application to concerned DGFT in AFF-5B along with Installation certificate, shipping bill, BRC etc.
