What will be the duty structure for inter unit transfer from one EOU to another EOU?

If any Notification/Circular available for the duty structure, please share the same....

 

Inter unit transfer between EOUs: requires Development Commissioner permission and attracts no duty when authorised. Inter unit transfers of goods between Export Oriented Units require prior permission of the Development Commissioner and, when authorised, such transfers do not attract duty. (AI Summary)

You would have to take permission from the Development Commissioner for transferring of goods from one EOU to other EOU.

No need to pay the duty.
