Dear Sir

SLP No 4146/206 UOI v/s Zenith Spinners (AHD) filedat Superem Court which is pending. This SLP is filed by the department against the High Court order which is in favour of Zenith Spineers.

Please arrange to provide copy of Hih Court against which above SLP filed in superem court
