More than one Jobwork

Guest

Hello Sir ,

i need your help in the matter of Procedure in case when in excise there is more than one job work transaction in single transaction.

I.e Goods send to first job worker then from there send to second job worker at end dispatched to end customer.

Please suggest me the rules applicable with procedure.

Thanking You,

Umang Shah

Multiple jobwork transactions require clarification of excise procedure for sequential processing and final dispatch compliance. The document raises a procedural excise query on goods sent from the principal to a first job worker, then to a second job worker, and finally dispatched to the end customer, asking which excise rules and procedures, including movement documentation and compliance obligations, apply to such sequential jobwork transactions; the only reply recorded is a follow-up question asking whether the issue has been clarified, leaving the procedural question unresolved.
