We recently obtained Status House for our company and are eligible for SHIS License for the year 2012-13.

The FTP however does not clarify if this is available only from the year of achieving status or for all years as specified in the FTP, ie, 2009-10, 10-11, 11-12, and 12-13.

Can anyone clarify, if we can get an SHIS License for all these years or for only the year from which we have attained status.
