We have purchase semi-finished goods ( Spares ) from USA ( in this case we are buyer ) & Sale to one USA party ( directly not come at India ) ( in this case we are seller ) . We will receive payment from USA party in US $ & also payment to party from whom material purchase .

Please provide procedure how we can complete IMPORT-EXPORT procedure .
